Mommy's enchiladas by Lexi

This recipe feeds 8 people. Get these utensils get a large spoon, mixing bowl, casserole dish, spachla, and a can opener. Get these ingredients 12 corn torteas,8 ounces sour cream, two cups cheese, can chiken soup, 1 pound cooked chiken, can of green oninse,can of slied olives.What to do pre heat the oven. Chop the chiken into half inch cubes.Cut the tortease into 1 inch strips.Mix all ingredentse exsept the cheese in the large bowl. pour the batter in the dish top with cheese bake for 20 minetes. Romove from the oven and serve with rice and beans. ENJOY your meal

  1. I love this girl, she is too cute. She wrote down what mommy told her in her own words. Its 12 Corn Tortillas, 8ozs of Sour Cream, 2 cups of shredded cheese, a can of Cream of Chicken Soup, a can of Green Chilis, a pound of Cooked Chicken, and a can of Black Olives. You just put it together casserole style, mix it all in a BIG bowl, pour it in a casserole dish and top it with the cheese and bake it for 20 minutes on 375 degrees until the sauce is bubbly. We serve it with Beans and Rice. Enjoy!!!
